Returns
Please contact us in the first instance if you wish to return a purchase. We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@thecandlegiftcompany.co.uk  and send your item to: The Candle Gift Company, 3 The Courtyard, Northchapel, Petworth, GU28 9HH, United Kingdom.

Shipping
To return your product please contact us to arrange a suitable shipping method. In general any return parcel weighing less than 2kg should be returned via Royal Mail and should be sent to: The Candle Gift Company, 3 The Courtyard, Northchapel, Petworth, GU28 9HH, United Kingdom . Any return parcel above 2kg will be collected by Parcelforce, please contact us to make these arrangements.

Unless your product is defective or damaged you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
